Our client is a growing construction and development company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Limerick.Their flagshipGreen ParkDevelopment is currently underway, and this role offers the unique opportunity to join us at a formative stage as we expand into new commercial and residential projects in the years ahead.The OpportunityAs a Site Engineer, you'll play a central role in delivering the Green Park development while building the experience and capabilities that will position you to shape future on our client projects from the ground up.You'll be supported by an experienced site team, exposed to every stage of the build, and encouraged to develop your technical, organisational, and leadership skills through real responsibility and mentoring.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Site EngineeringCarry out setting out using Leica GPS and Total Station for: Foundations, blockwork, timber frame installation, drainage, watermain connections, site services, roads, paths, and paving.Survey and compile as-built information, producing accurate drawings in AutoCAD.Conduct detailed quality checks and inspections across each stage of construction.Complete pre-snag inspections and prepare homes for final handover.Coordination & DocumentationMaintain accurate site documentation and ensure subcontractors and the site team are working to the latest drawings and specifications.Upload daily updates, progress photos, and records to Procore.Collaborate with the Assigned Certifier and Design Team to close out BCAR items weekly.Liaise with the Architect, Consulting Engineers, Homebond, and Irish Water to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.Provide progress reports and communicate key site updates to Site Management.Health, Safety & Site OperationsSupport the day-to-day management of works across the project.Assist in enforcing health and safety standards across the site.Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and other safety briefings as required.Homeowner InterfaceManage snag lists received from homeowners.Liaise with resident's post-occupation to address any issues, ensuring a smooth aftercare process.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if you:Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineAre keen to learn, take initiative, and get involved in all aspects of site deliveryAre comfortable using (or excited to learn) Leica surveying equipment, AutoCAD, and ProcoreAre organised, dependable, and able to communicate clearlyWant to join a growing company where you can progress over timeWhat We OfferA hands-on role within a major residential development at Green ParkA supportive, development-focused culture with real mentoringExposure to modern construction technology and digital systemsCompetitive salary and benefitsLong-term career growth as our pipeline expandsINDETH-H
