Cork Function: Operations Co-Ordinator Reporting to: Enterprise Scheduling Supervisor Pay Rate: €24 Per Hour Type of contract: LTD (can work via Umbrella company) Initial contract length: 12 months Why This Role Matters You will be the heartbeat of service delivery-ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently, services run smoothly, and customers receive the highest level of support. You'll work in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to keep operations running seamlessly. What You'll Do Coordinate and host service visits, managing permits and logistics Be the first point of contact for scheduling and operational queries Maintain accurate inventory and service records Track costs, raise purchase orders, and reconcile service data Use tools like SAP CRM and SmartSheet to manage schedules and metrics Support vendor inductions and ensure compliance with site protocols. What You Bring Third-level qualification (science background a plus) Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, Smart Sheet preferred) A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence Why Agilent?
