Disputes & Investigations Solicitor
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading Irish law firm to appoint a Solicitor to join its high-performing Disputes & Investigations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to step into a role handling complex, high-value and often cross-border matters.
The team advises a broad mix of Irish and international clients across sectors including technology, financial services, life sciences, real estate and more.
The Role
You will gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious and regulatory work, including:
High-value commercial litigation and dispute resolution
Arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
Regulatory investigations and engagement with key regulators
White collar crime matters (fraud, bribery, corruption, AML)
Defamation and reputation management issues
Internal investigations and corporate crisis response
The Person
3–6 years’ PQE in litigation/disputes (top-tier, mid-tier or strong boutique)
Strong interest in complex commercial disputes and investigations
Experience dealing with regulators or multi-party litigation is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
