 
        Job Description: Office AdministratorWe are currently looking for a talented part time, dynamic Office Administrator to work between 7 to 20 hours per week on site in our office in Dun Laoghaire.Checkout Ireland is one of Ireland's leading Business to Business media companies with a focus on the grocery retail sector. The company produces the leading print magazine for the industry, as well as number of ancillary digital products and events. If you have an interest in news, publishing, sales or events, and believe you have the relevant experience, skills, and attributes to be an ideal candidate for this role, we would like to hear from youThis role is perfect for an individual who has excellent organisational and administrative skills, is a problem solver with excellent communication skills, is highly computer literate and dedicated to excelling in their work.When applying for the role please indicate your relevant experiences, as well as your knowledge and skill level of Microsoft Office suite programs, Wordpress, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Salesforce, MailChimp, Asana, or other project management tool.Responsibilities:· Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, reports and forms.· Administrative support to the editorial and advertising sales teams.· Calling client companies to update their contact details and to inform them of events we might be running.· Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.· Helping on events that we run, such as awards and conferences.· Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular sales and productivity reports.· Assist with staff induction and the training of company procedures.· Assist colleagues by supporting them with planning and distributing information.· Creating proposals, presentations and reports for our sales and BDR teams.Requirements· Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or office manager.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good listener.· Integrity and professionalism, and ability to influence and guide people.· Friendly, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.· Good time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure independently and in teams.· Highly organised, self-motivated and good initiative.Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, ContractPay: €16.70 per hourExpected hours: 7 – 20 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Dún Laoghaire, CO.
