We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to take full ownership of HubSpot and GTM data operations across the business. You'll be the person who ensures that our revenue teams have the data, workflows, and processes they need to self-serve, make better decisions, and execute with confidence.Today, our data and workflows are messy. We need someone who will fix the foundations and enforce best practices. This role is about building a single source of truth for revenue data and driving process discipline, while also introducing automation, AI tools, and best-in-class RevOps practices**.Your Ro**leHubSpot Ownership & OptimisationAct as the primary owner and super admin of HubSpot, defining and enforcing best practices.Clean, audit, and maintain HubSpot data to ensure accuracy and reliability across all teams.Implement and optimise HubSpot workflows, ensuring they support cross-functional processes rather than break them.Control user permissions, preventing ad-hoc changes that impact data integrity.Stay ahead of new HubSpot features and recommend enhancements.Revenue Operations EnablementPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align systems and processes across the full customer lifecycle.Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and automations to reduce manual work.Standardise reporting definitions and metrics so all departments operate from a consistent data framework.Drive adoption of HubSpot best practices across all GTM teams.Data Management & InsightsOwn revenue data governance across HubSpot and integrated tools (BI, analytics).Ensure data hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and process enforcement.Design and maintain reporting dashboards that enable GTM leaders to self-serve.Translate raw data into actionable insights on pipeline, campaign performance, churn risk, and revenue growth opportunities.Use AI-powered analytics and modelling to improve forecasting, segmentation, and targeting.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product & Finance to ensure alignment on KPIs and reporting.Train teams to understand and use HubSpot dashboards, reports, and workflows.Communicate findings clearly, turning complex analysis into actionable recommendation**s.Knowledge, Skills and Experie**nce5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (administration, automation, reporting). HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.Proven experience in Revenue Operations, CRM, or Sales/Marketing Ops roles within a SaaS or ecommerce environment.Strong understanding of RevOps principles: data governance, process optimisation, reporting alignment, and lifecycle management.Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Highly analytical mindset with the ability to balance detail with commercial impact.Experience designing workflows, dashboards, and reports that scale with growth.Strong communication skills, with the ability to train, influence, and enforce process discipline across teams.Familiarity and curiosity with AI tools for reporting, forecasting, and productivity enhancement.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, with excellent organisational and project management skills.
