About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding.
You will be the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email. Your friendly and approachable nature will make you an asset to our team, and your ability to work well under pressure will ensure that our club runs smoothly during opening hours.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club, as well as carrying out general cleaning duties.
As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, which includes pool/lifeguard certification and first aid training.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Fluent English language skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
* Pool/lifeguard certification and first aid training (or willingness to obtain)
