HR Partner – Specialising in Learning and Development14-Month Fixed-Term ContractLocation:Dublin City (Hybrid)The OpportunityWe are partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an HR Partner – Learning & Development & Employee Experience for a fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering learning, wellbeing and EDI initiatives aligned to organisational and HR strategy during a period of transformation.Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will join a collaborative L&D team and will take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, from design and facilitation through to evaluation, governance and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & DevelopmentDesign, deliver, facilitate and evaluate learning interventions aligned with organisational and business needsEnsure strong L&D governance, including learning needs analysis, procurement, evaluation and accurate record keepingMeasure and document return on investment (ROI) across all learning initiativesExplore and implement innovative learning methodologies and technologies to enhance delivery and efficiencyPromote and communicate learning opportunities across the organisationDesign and deliver a comprehensive Employee Wellbeing programme for 2026Gather, analyse and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement of wellbeing initiativesDesign and deliver an annual EDI calendar aligned with organisational strategy, audit outputs and action plansFacilitate forums, events and communities of practice (e.g. International Women's Day, LGBTQI+ networksCollaborate with stakeholders on disability and reasonable accommodation initiativesAdditional ResponsibilitiesManage internal HR communications, including newsletters, digital channels and HR intranet contentContribute to strategic HR projects as requiredDevelop, review and update HR, OD, L&D and Wellbeing policies, procedures and guidance documentsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and HR best practiceAbout YouEssential RequirementsLevel 8 degree (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, HR, Organisational Behaviour or a related fieldProven experience designing, delivering and facilitating L&D initiativesStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient to advanced level in Microsoft 365High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentialityDesirablePostgraduate qualification in EDI or WellbeingExperience delivering EDI and/or Wellbeing programmesExperience with accreditation frameworks (e.g. Investors in Diversity, Great Place to Work, KeepWell)CIPD accreditationProject management experienceHRIS experienceWhy Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of meaningful L&D, Wellbeing and EDI initiatives within a supportive HR team, contributing to long-term cultural and organisational impact.
