Accounts Assistant About your new employer My client, a well know energy provider is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a 12 month initial contract.
This company are based in South Dublin and offer a hybrid working model 3 days office and 2 from home.
About your new job: Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding, appropriate approvals, and timely entry into the finance system.
Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure supplier invoices are processed.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Assist with preparing supplier payment runs.
Maintain accounts receivable and debtor records, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded.
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial records remain accurate.
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and preparation of reconciliation schedules.
