We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to take on the role of Store Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, and leading a team of sales assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Maintain high standards of store appearance and presentation
* Analyse sales data and identify trends to inform future business decisions
