Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Achieve Success in this Role:
1. Maintain experience working on telecommunications architecture with an understanding of MS Teams Phone Architecture, SIP trunking concepts and network prerequisites (QoS, DSCP, latency).
2. Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf solutions and perform fit-gap analyses.
3. Create BPMN process maps in Microsoft Visio and develop use cases and user story epics.
