Description:
Seeking an experienced auditor to perform a full internal audit to evaluate client's operational effectiveness in accordance with the AS9100 standard primarily focussing on Design and Development.
Responsibilities
Perform a full internal audit using client checklists over operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable requirements pursuant to the AS9100 standard
Obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc. for compliance
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
Maintain open communication with client management and audit committee
Document process and prepare audit findings
Conduct follow up audits for corrective action as needed Requirements
Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor
A certified Quality Management System auditor, holding recognised auditor certification (e.g. IRCA, RABQSA, or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
A minimum of 5 years' experience conducting audits against recognised Quality Management System standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.
Strong working knowledge of AS9100D Quality Management System requirements and audit methodologies.
Demonstrated experience initiating, reviewing and approving corrective action responses, including evaluation of corrective action effectiveness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document audit findings and recommendations.
Proficient computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for audit reporting and documentation
