Accounting Professional
This is a part-time role requiring an experienced accounting professional to work in our office based in Dundalk. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial duties including payroll, pension management, direct debit processing and bank reconciliation.
Main Responsibilities:
* PAYROLL: Salary, bonuses and enhanced reporting expenses are managed by the Accounting Professional.
* PENSION MANAGEMENT & REPORTING: Employee pensions are managed and reported on by the Accounting Professional.
* DIRECT DEBIT MANAGEMENT & PROCESSING FILES: Direct debits are processed and files related to this process are managed by the Accounting Professional.
* CUSTOMER INBOUND PAYMENTS, ACCOUNTS AND DEBTOR LEDGER & CONTROL: Customer payments, accounts and debtor ledger are managed by the Accounting Professional.
* SUPPLIER INVOICES NOMINAL ALLOCATION: Supplier invoices are allocated to the correct nominal codes by the Accounting Professional.
* SUPPLIER OUTBOUND PAYMENTS, ACCOUNTS AND CREDITOR LEDGER & CONTROL: Supplier payments, accounts and creditor ledger are managed by the Accounting Professional.
* ACCOUNTS & BOOK-KEEPING: Financial records are maintained accurately by the Accounting Professional.
* BANK RECONCILIATIONS (REDUCED AFTER MOVE TO AIB): Bank statements are reconciled with company records by the Accounting Professional.
* VAT & REVENUE: VAT and Revenue compliance is managed by the Accounting Professional.
