HR Operations Lead
This role focuses on driving process efficiency, managing high-performing HR teams and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
* Optimize HR operations from onboarding to offboarding
* Mentor and manage HR team performance and development
* Ensure HR data integrity, reporting, and compliance
* Support employee relations and guide line managers on people matters
* Collaborate on HR projects including Diversity & Inclusion and professional development
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in HR operations, governance, and data analysis with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. They will also have experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, results-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
