This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland About the role: Negotiable Competitive Market Salary Pension & healthcare package Commercial & Residential Projects Excellent opportunity to grow and develop Ongoing training for professional growth Duties include (but not limited to): Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction to handover Prepare and control project programmes and cashflow Procure plant, materials and subcontract packages Coordinate design with consultants and internal BIM teams Manage site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors Ensure compliance with H&S, quality and technical standards Control budgets, variations and final accounts Attend client, design and site progress meetings Oversee commissioning, O&M manuals and project close-out Position Requirements: Trade or engineering background in Mechanical / Building Services Minimum 4+ years experience delivering mechanical packages €500k+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, LPHW, CHW, ventilation & controls Experience in commercial or healthcare environments Excellent organisational and leadership skills Strong commercial awareness and reporting ability Full driving licence To register your interest, or for more information, please contact Evan Fitzpatrick in confidence at or Skills: Project Management knowledge of HVAC LPHW CHW ventilation & controls
