Senior Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity We are seeking an experienced speech and language therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This senior clinical role involves providing specialist assessment, intervention, and leadership within a community setting. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload, contribute to service development, and support high standards of care across the service. * Assess and develop treatment plans for adults with communication disorders, * Provide specialist speech therapy services focusing on dysphagia management; * Independently manage a complex clinical caseload in line with policies and evidence-based practice; * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapy, dietetics, physiotherapy nursing medical staff; l>eading contributing dysphagia care planning risk management; lI also provide guidance supervision training mentoring clinicians students. h2 requirements uList
