HR Manager Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an established, rapidly growing and multi-site organisation in the recruitment of a HR Manager to support the business through its next phase of growth.
Reporting into the Senior Management Team, you will be supported by an HR Administrator and have access to external HR support.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering the HR function, providing comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development.

Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, including apprentices and operational position Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation Lead on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues Support and coordinate training and development initiatives Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance Support HR projects, organisational change, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture What will you require as HR Manager? Minimum of 34 years experience in a generalist HR role CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or relevant HR degree Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee relations casework Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organisation Exposure to ISO standards would be advantageous How to apply?
