Senior HR Generalist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders, driving recruitment initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
* Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
* Culture & Engagement: Partner with other departments to create engaging employee experiences, develop and implement initiatives to boost morale, and promote employee satisfaction.
* Health & Wellbeing: Champion employee wellbeing by promoting health-focused events, supporting employee assistance programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* HR Advisory Support: Offer expert advice to managers and leadership on HR-related matters, including policy development, compliance, and training.
* Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, design tailored development plans, and facilitate relevant training opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
* HR degree or CIPD qualification
* Proficient in using HRIS systems, conducting ER cases, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
