Sales Manager Boyne Dental Maynooth Job Role: Sales To proactively manage the non-clinical relationship with potential and existing patients of Boyne Dental Maynooth, with the principal purpose of optimising the uptake of treatment plans, whilst consistentlyprovidingfirstclasssensitiveandethicalservicedeliveryutilisingtheappropriatedigital workflow.
Key responsibilities Manage new and high value patient (HVP) enquiries.
Ensure information on the treatments available are in line with the clinical and brand standards of the practice.
Ensurefast,relevant,andstructuredfollow-uptoallenquiries,withtheprincipalaimofbookingafirst appointment.
Effectively manage the new business objectives for the practice by month, by quarter and annually which means ownership of the sales budget.
Liaise with the clinicians to maximise their Boyne experience and facilitate their treatment plan creation and acceptance.
Managethecliniciansoptimumtreatmentmix,strivingtoachievetreatmentmodalitytargets.
Ensure all clinicians are utilising the appropriate digital equipment to maximise output and optimise patient experience.
Manage the new patient journey to ensure all new patients receive the optimum treatment plan that will meet their wants.
ProactivelyworkwiththepracticemanagertoensurecorrectdistributionofNewPatients.
Proactivelyworkwiththebusinesssmarketingexecutivetomaximisethemarketingsystemmeaning reporting new patient acquisition by channel and treatment type.In addition, play a role in advising the GM on the marketing mix each quarter.
Proactively contribute to regular operation meetings.
Monitoring and follow up with the PM of any patient complaints and dealing with complaints appropriately ensuring a satisfactory conclusion.
