We are currently hiring for the open position of Service Advisor.
Responsibilities will include;
* Communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary
* Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
* Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
* Submitting work orders to technicians
* Being the first point of contact for service customers
* Collecting payment after repairs are completed.
* Providing Customers with excellent customer service at every contact point.
The ideal candidate will have;
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Great attention to detail
* Previous experience in an aftersales role or the automotive field will be advantageous.
* Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management
