Electrical Manager We are currently recruiting an Electrical Managerto work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Sweden.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.If you are an Electrical Managerwith Data Centre experience who is looking for your next career move, please send your CVOisin ODonohoeor call for a confidential discussion.Responsibilities: Lead the setup and delivery of specialist divisions across Europe, including RAMS, sequencing, and mobilisation planning.Build and manage teams of installers, cable pullers, termination engineers, and specialist subcontractors.Oversee tooling, plant, materials, and logistics planning for multi-site European projects.Collaborate closely with QS, Engineering, Planning, and HSEQ teams to ensure safe and commercially efficient delivery.Develop SOPs, QA/QC systems, ITPs, and commissioning plans for hyperscale and industrial environments.Manage multiple high-value projects, ensuring scope, quality, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships..Requirements Degree in Electrical engineering, construction, or trade qualified.5+ years of electrical management with an M&Econtractor.Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.Benefits: Salary package circa €135 K €145k DOE Pension.Work in fantastic European location.Excellent career progression opportunities.Company-supported CPD contributions.Accommodation and utility bills.Regular return flights.In country travel provided.
