Catering Operations Overview
We seek an accomplished leader to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our catering services.
* Lead and manage all aspects of catering operations, including budgets, cost control, and procurement strategies.
* Drive delivery of high-quality, fresh, and nutritious food with a focus on customer satisfaction and value.
* Effectively manage and motivate a skilled and customer-focused team.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in catering or hospitality management, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a passion for great food and excellent service.
Candidates will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of operational efficiency and effective budgeting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
