Accountabilities
Support day‑to‑day revenue and sales operations processes across global teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business needs
Maintain and improve data quality across CRM systems through validation, cleansing, and structured governance practices
Assist in managing sales operations tools and platforms, including CRM workflows, sales engagement systems, and revenue analytics tools
Contribute to reporting and dashboard development, providing insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue trends
Support forecasting, territory planning, quota tracking, and sales productivity analysis through structured data and reporting
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency in sales processes, policies, and operational standards
Assist in improving and automating lead‑to‑order workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, Financial Analysis, or similar analytical roles
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
Solid skills in data analysis and reporting, with strong Excel or spreadsheet capabilities
