We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Professional to manage office tasks, support customers, and drive growth through effective communication.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our service and attract new customers
* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and checking-in customers, handling sales enquiries
* Manage office administration: printing, filing, data entry, and uploading invoices in Sage (training provided)
* Respond to calls and emails, supporting both B2C and B2B clients
Requirements
* Proven experience in office administration is required
* Confident use of social media for business purposes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive approach to work
* Bookkeeping or Sage knowledge is desirable but not essential
