Quality & Compliance Manager Location: Drogheda Industry: Food & Drinks Manufacturing Job Type: Full-time About the Role A leading food and drinks manufacturer based in Drogheda is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Reporting directly to senior management, you will take ownership of the companys quality systems, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will ensure compliance with all relevant food safety legislation and industry standards while fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the companys Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with all food safety, HACCP, BRC, and regulatory standards. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness for inspections. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality performance. Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to staff on food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements. Monitor KPIs and produce reports for senior management. Work closely with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to maintain high-quality standards. About You 35 years experience in a quality management or compliance role within the food or drinks industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety regulations. Proven track record of leading audits and managing quality systems. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach. Ability to influence and build strong working relationships across teams.
