About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Channel Development Manager to join our team. As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing channel programs to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and Execute Channel Programs: You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing partner programs to support Logitech's business goals.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to integrate channel programs throughout the business.
* Manage Deal Registration, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Partner Success Programs: You will oversee the development of partner programs, deal registration, recruitment, onboarding, and partner success initiatives.
* Establish and Track Metrics: You will establish and track metrics to measure the success of channel programs and identify areas for improvement.
* Work with Partners to Solicit Feedback: You will engage with partners to gather feedback on existing programs and implement changes as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Prior Experience in Running Partner Programs: You must have prior experience in running partner programs, channel enablement, channel marketing, and/or channel development in a B2B channel organization.
* Problem-Solving and Self-Motivation: You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to solve problems independently.
* Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with leaders and employees.
* Time Management and Multi-Tasking Abilities: You should be able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Innovation and Collaboration: You should be an innovative thinker and able to gain consensus across various programs and processes.
