Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our company secretarial function. As a key player in this role, you will work closely with senior management and stakeholders on funds-related matters.
* Prepare board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings using Diligent or PDF documents.
* Coordinate meetings with clients, service providers, and boards of directors, including managing logistics like room setup, catering, and transportation.
* Assist in the organization of board approval requests and the signing of documents (including notarization and apostilling).
* Handle audit requests by providing signed minutes and board packs.
* Support the team with ad-hoc queries and assist with database management (e.g., Diligent Entities, CRO, Central Bank Portal).
