Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2025 Cooperative cohort. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
1. Identify an IT/Software improvement project with your Stryker team leader and college supervisor, including project objectives, scope, success factors, milestones, and evaluation.
2. Support and assist in-depth data analysis of various data sets and reports.
3. Support the design, data extraction, research, and reporting in areas of performance, outcomes, and compliance with policies and rules.
4. Assist in project meetings to ensure data accuracy and documentation.
5. Create and analyze process workflows to increase efficiency across departments, including data trend analysis and report/file creation.
6. Draft internal correspondence and perform general clerical duties as assigned.
What you will need:
* Currently enrolled in an Irish or Northern Irish university in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Honesty and integrity; compliance with quality systems, regulations, and company policies.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking; able to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
* Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
* Organized, focused, and capable of multi-tasking.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic PC skills.
* Team player capable of working within a multidisciplinary team.
Eligibility:
* Enrolled at an Irish or Northern Irish university during the placement.
* Available for 6, 9, or 12 months; exact duration and start date to be discussed with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker.
