The role of the Operations Manager involves overseeing non-GMP cleaning services to ensure top-quality service and regulatory compliance. This includes leading a team of staff to uphold high standards that meet SLAs and KPIs.
This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate staff and achieve their full potential. Additionally, it demands attention to detail to guarantee complete compliance with Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
Oversight is also required for day-to-day operations of the non-GMP cleaning contract in order to maintain excellence.
