We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will prepare large quantities of food with attention to detail, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish produced.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present food according to established recipes and standards.
Work efficiently and manage time effectively in a high-volume kitchen setting.
Maintain cleanliness and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock control of ingredients.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate production of meals.
Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of dishes before they are sent out.
Help develop and test new recipes or modify existing ones under the direction of senior chefs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Chef or in a similar culinary role in a large-scale kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent food quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
