Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Norwegian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galway City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat platforms.
* Provide professional support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving complaints efficiently.
* Document customer interactions according to established guidelines, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
* Analyze customer feedback and provide constructive insights for process improvements.
* Maintain and update product knowledge within the Technical Support team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering).
* Experience in call center operations or administrative roles is welcome.
* Fluency in Norwegian and English language skills.
* Desirable: At least 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, with expertise in handling technical complaints professionally.
