Job Overview
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning services across multiple client sites. This key role will play a pivotal part in ensuring high service standards, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving performance improvements.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience leading operational teams, as well as strong knowledge of workforce management systems and payroll administration processes.
1. Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are consistently met;
2. Coordinate workflows, resource allocation, and service delivery for efficient operations;
3. Lead site supervisors and cleaning teams to maintain engagement, performance, and clear communication across all shifts;
4. Schedule shifts using Timegate or similar tools to manage staffing requirements effectively;
5. Maintain accurate time-and-attendance records; resolve discrepancies quickly; maintain administrative workflow integrity;
