We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for a multinational company based in Kildare.
WHAT WE OFFER
* Salary between €70,000 - €75,000 gross per year based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Definition and implementation of the people management strategy to be carried out by the company.
* Definition of positions and selection of middle management and operational staff.
* Monitoring and onboarding of new hires. Development and execution of the annual training plan.
* Creation and implementation of career plans to promote employee growth within the company.
* Definition of strategies to meet the demand for training projects.
* Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
* Performance evaluation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* A minimum of 3 years HR Manager experience.
