Operations Leadership Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations across retail stores, e-commerce, and head office.
* The ideal candidate will lead finance, budgeting, and procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness and growth-readiness.
* They will be responsible for managing HR processes including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
* Key duties include supporting and developing store managers, overseeing new store openings, and managing vendor/retail partner relationships.
* Additionally, they will own e-commerce operations, ensuring Shopify, fulfilment, and logistics run smoothly.
* Close collaboration with the CEO on reporting, strategy, and business planning is expected.
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in retail, operations, or area management (multi-site ideal).
* A strong background in finance, budgeting, and cost control is required.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are necessary.
* Solid HR knowledge, including compliance and employee management, is essential.
* The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to implement policies and processes in a scaling or start-up environment.
* Excellent organisational skills, with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, are crucial.
