Job Title:

Human Resources Partner



About the Role:

The Human Resources Partner will work closely with the Site Leadership Team to understand business needs and translate them into an HR agenda. This role requires a high level of interaction with employees and management, both in-person and through virtual communication platforms.



Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Ensure active sourcing of candidates to fill specialized positions in various functional areas.
* Drive the recruitment process from opening to close.
* Participate in the interview process, offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection.



Employee Relations:

* Act as a primary point of contact for site employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
* Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.



Performance Management:

* Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
* Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.



Training and Development:

* Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs.
* Support the development of employees through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.



Compensation and Benefits:

* Support the annual merit review process.
* Advise management on policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation.
* Compliance with Irish employment law and HR best practices.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
3. Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
4. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
9. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
