Location: Ballybay, Co. Monaghan
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Flexible: Full-time or 4-day week option available
Hybrid Working: 1 day per week from home
I'm currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Co. Monaghan to recruit an experienced HR Manager for their Ballybay site. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take ownership of the people agenda at site level, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, performance, and organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the site HR strategy in line with business objectives
Deliver an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle
Lead performance management, talent development and succession planning initiatives
Partner with site leadership on workforce planning and organisational development
Coach and support managers to strengthen people management capabilities
Lead and develop the on-site HR team
Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation compliance
Drive employee engagement, culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyse and report on key people metrics to support business performance
Requirements
Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
3–5+ years' HR experience in a generalist HR management role
Previous experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar operational environment
Strong stakeholder management and employee relations experience
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
