Job Title: Business Development Sales Specialist
This role involves developing and executing supplier onboarding sales programs for clients, providing working capital and cash flow benefits. The appointed individual will expand the portfolio of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs in terms of revenue and assets, serving as the primary supplier finance sales specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and surpass annual revenue and asset targets by successfully selling SCF programs to suppliers.
* Collaborate with sponsoring clients to develop and implement effective supplier finance sales strategies.
* Engage prospective clients onto the Supplier Finance program/platform, targeting suppliers to Institutional Clients Group (ICG) relationships.
* Cultivate a strong active program pipeline and monitor progress towards closure for both existing and new programs.
* Negotiate pricing rates and handle discussions on contracts.
* Ensure completion of all supplier documentation/agreements and conduct KYC/Due Diligence.
* Monitor progress and understand needs through regular telephone meetings with clients.
* Prioritize customer needs, set goals, and collaborate closely with internal Client teams.
* Gain experience with corporate clients across various industries/regions and internal Trade Product Operations and Sales teams.
* Implement successful onboarding for sales and marketing programs.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key Trade products (e.g., Supply Chain Finance).
