We’re recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Executive Team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a collaborative and close-knit organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Executive Team.
* Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and board documentation.
* Organise company events and board meetings.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with integrity.
* Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Ideal candidate
* 5+ years’ experience
* Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or PA role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
