Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager
A highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager is required to join a leading Main Building Contractor in Mainland Europe.
This senior-level role will involve managing a team and reporting to the Commercial Team, playing a key part in the company's success.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong commercial awareness, with at least 2 years experience at Senior QS level.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Good negotiation skills, with experience working with various types of contract forms.
* Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing a team and contributing to the Commercial Team's objectives.
* Reporting to the Commercial Team leader and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
