Job Title: Day Services Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Day Services Manager to oversee the efficient management of our community-based support services. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care work, with at least 3 years of experience in managing day services programs. A Level 8 Degree in Social Care Work or equivalent qualification is also essential.Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* a proven track record of implementing effective programs and practices;
* ability to promote best practice within the service delivery team;
A key aspect of this role will be supporting staff management by providing guidance on performance improvement plans as well as enabling them through continuous training which can enhance productivity efficiency levels further making easier adherence towards desired standards set out clearly so everyone knows exactly what needs attention next - leading directly into stronger overall operational control & increased client satisfaction metrics observed across time.
