Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong balance of strategic oversight and active sales execution. The successful candidate will lead from the front — personally delivering sales at events and high-footfall retail locations while building, developing and inspiring a high-performing field team.
You will take full responsibility for regional revenue growth, ensure exceptional brand representation, and cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism and performance excellence.
Due to the operational nature of the role, a valid driving licence is essential, along with confidence in driving a small van, as regular travel and transport of equipment will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
* Assume full ownership of regional sales performance across events and high-footfall retail locations
* Lead by example through direct sales contribution
* Consistently deliver and exceed regional targets
Team Development & Performance Management
* Recruit, onboard and develop high-calibre field sales ambassadors
* Provide structured coaching and real-time performance feedback in live selling environments
* Foster a results-driven culture centred on accountability and continuous improvement
* Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and operational readiness across all locations
* Oversee sales data analysis and performance tracking
Operational Excellence
* Maintain high execution standards across all sites
* Ensure strong product knowledge and brand representation throughout the team
* Coordinate regional scheduling and event coverage
* Support event logistics, including stand builds and breakdowns where required
* Review and validate weekly sales reporting
* Monitor attendance and regional expenditure
* Oversee uniforms, equipment and scheduling systems
* Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain equipment storage to a high standard
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Provide regular performance updates and regional insights to senior management
* Conduct structured team meetings and performance reviews
* Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
About You
You are a proven sales leader with a strong background in face-to-face or field-based sales environments and a minimum of three years' field sales experience.
You will demonstrate:
* A consistent track record of exceeding both personal and team sales targets
* Experience leading high-performing sales teams
* Strong coaching and motivational capability
* Commercial awareness and accountability for performance
* Proficiency in scheduling tools and reporting systems
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Flexibility to travel extensively across Ireland
* A valid driving licence and confidence driving a small van for event logistics
* A proactive, resilient and highly driven mindset

Employment Terms & Package

£85,000 – £100,000 OTE
