Main Responsibilities:
* Friendly and efficient customer service in our home & garden departments. Effective merchandising and ensuring clean and attractive displays maintained at all times.
Sales & Customer Service
Work with fellow sales staff to ensure all customers are served without delay in a courteous manner, processing sales/returns dockets according to company policies, including processing customer orders at the cash desk.
Product Knowledge
* To develop & maintain product knowledge levels across all gardening, pet & outdoor clothing categories. Undertake training as required on new products introduced by the company based on market trends and business objectives.
Merchandising
Working closely with department heads to organize display area maintenance tasks within their responsibility areas, creating inviting store presentation that attracts customers while driving revenue growth through key visual impact points.
