Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager for a leading supplier of hardware, homewares, and farm inputs in County Cork. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, leading a strong team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve results.
* Monitor sales and performance against targets.
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure compliance.
* Manage stock, cash, budgets, and P&L.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
* Support continuous improvement and uphold company values.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in Retail Management with strong leadership skills.

* Qualification in management or business an advantage.
* Background in Builders Providers or Agri Retail desirable.
* Knowledge of Agri Inputs, DIY, Plumbing, Electrical, and Building Supplies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management ability.
* Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
