If the answer is “yes”, you might be our new advising Sales Consultant in Ireland. You will play a key role in building GreyBird’s presence in the Irish market. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit students for GreyBird’s commercial pilot training programmes by identifying, advising and converting prospective students. This is a highly student-facing and commercially important role. You will be responsible for creating interest in GreyBird, managing leads, hosting meetings and guiding candidates through the admissions process from first contact to signed contract. You will be based at GreyBird’s new Irish location in Dublin and work closely with our international recruitment team.

About the role
Your main objective will be to recruit students for GreyBird’s pilot training programmes in the Irish market.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying potential candidates based on incoming leads, building relationships with them and guiding them through the full admissions journey. This includes first contact, personal guidance, information meetings, follow-up, admission support and conversion.
The role requires a consultative sales approach. Becoming a pilot is a major life decision for our students, and your task will be to create trust, provide clarity and help each candidate understand whether GreyBird is the right choice for them.
You will work with both warm leads and proactive outreach to cold leads. This includes telephone and email communication, lead generation, pipeline management, events, fairs, exhibitions and local networking activities.
Key responsibilities

Recruiting students for GreyBird’s commercial pilot training programmes in Ireland
Managing and developing the Irish lead pipeline
Contacting and following up with prospective students by phone, email and meetings
Conducting personal meetings with candidates and their families
Hosting information meetings and local recruitment events
Representing GreyBird at fairs, exhibitions, schools and relevant aviation-related events
Identifying new lead sources and building local networks in Ireland
Advising prospective students on training options, admission requirements and the path towards becoming a commercial pilot
Supporting candidates throughout the admissions process
Working closely with GreyBird’s international recruitment and marketing team
Ensuring structured use of CRM and timely follow-up on all leads
Contributing to a strong, professional and high-performance recruitment culture across markets

We expect that you have

Experience in sales
A strong commercial mindset and the ability to convert interest into action
Excellent communication skills in English
A proactive and outgoing personality
The ability to build trust with prospective students and their families
A structured approach to pipeline management and follow-up
Confidence in hosting meetings, presentations and events
A genuine interest in aviation and education
The ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the wider team
