On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Renal Clinical Sales Specialist role. This is a field-based position covering the nationwide territory. The role involves a 35-hour workweek.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Educate and support customers in the correct use of company renal products, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to optimize sales potential.
3. Liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing staff, and educators within Irish hospital environments.
4. Provide quality, patient-focused service in collaboration with team members.
5. Service assigned accounts, present new products, and develop new opportunities proactively.
6. Identify and evaluate business development opportunities.
7. Prepare and deliver training and educational programs about company renal products.
8. Participate in tender processes and ensure timely submissions.
9. Travel within Ireland to visit customers across all 32 counties.
10. Travel nationwide and internationally as required for conferences and training events.
11. Achieve sales targets to maximize profitability and margins.
12. Stay informed about developments and trends in the territory and monitor competitor activities.
13. Maintain accurate customer and territory records using CRM and other reporting tools.
14. Maximize product sales through high product knowledge and professional selling skills.
15. Uphold the company's reputation at all times.
16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
17. Undertake special projects as assigned by management.
18. Act professionally to promote a positive company image.
19. Perform other duties as reasonably required.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Nursing with Renal Nursing experience.
* Proven sales experience.
* Experience in hospital and community care sales.
* Experience in renal therapies sales is advantageous.
* Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills.
* Valid full driving license.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
