We have opportunities across a range of positions including Boners, Trimmers, and General Knife Operators.Role DescriptionThe successful candidates will work as part of the factory processing team producing meat to fulfil production targets on a daily and weekly basis.ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be required to work in all areas of the factory where you will be required to: Perform precision knife work in assigned area (boning, trimming, cutting, etc.). Work to production targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality and yield. Follow all company food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Handle and maintain knives safely, ensuring blades are kept sharp and in good working condition. Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly. Adapt to different roles or stations as required based on operational needs. QualificationsSuccessful candidates will be required to have : Previous experience in a knife operative role (boner, trimmer, cutter, or similar) is essential. Strong knife skills with the ability to work efficiently and safely. Good understanding of food safety standards within a processing environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
