Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional service in our fine dining restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing high-pressure service environments, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring seamless service delivery, adhering to company standards
* To monitor daily operations, collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Operations Manager, and Head Chef to optimize service efficiency
* To lead the Food and Beverage team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, taking ownership of the operation to ensure impeccable service standards
* To maintain awareness of Hotel Function Sheets and Guest Bookings, ensuring each outlet is equipped to meet business demands
Ideal Candidate:
To be a motivated and driven individual, passionate about Food and Beverage, guest care, and hospitality.
Prior experience in a similar Food and Beverage role, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential.
A Hospitality-related degree and previous supervisory experience would be highly desirable.
