Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic culinary professional to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks.
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen.
* Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or a culinary qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Possession of passion for food, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
