The Role
A well-established consultancy is supporting a major public sector healthcare transformation programme in Jersey and is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architecture leadership across a complex, multi-year initiative.
This role will play a key part in shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy, defining target operating models, and ensuring technology delivery aligns with business, regulatory, and clinical requirements. It is suited to a senior architect comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels within highly regulated environments.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Jersey from the UK or Ireland.

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience working as an Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformation programmes
* Strong background in public sector, healthcare, government, or other regulated environments
* Extensive experience using enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF essential)
* Ability to define target and transition architectures across business, application, data, and technology domains
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and application modernisation
* Strong understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and security principles
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and governance forums
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
