Senior System and Data Analyst – Longford, Ireland (Hybrid, Full‑time)
Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior System and Data Analyst to join our team! You will lead end‑to‑end consulting delivery for enterprise leasing and finance platforms, translating business needs into RS/FS documentation, user stories, and implementation‑ready handovers. The role blends deep systems analysis, SQL and data diagnostics, API and integration coordination, and release ownership across UAT and go‑live. You will work directly with client stakeholders to align outcomes, manage dependencies, and ensure production stability. You’ll lead complex data analysis projects, drive business decisions, and develop innovative data solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead client workshops and convert business needs into RS/FS, user stories, and technical handover packs.
Partner with client architects and engineering teams to shape integrations across REST APIs, ETL pipelines, and core platform services.
Validate system behavior through SQL/T‑SQL/PL‑SQL diagnostics, data lineage checks, and regression analysis.
Own UAT planning, test traceability, defect triage, and sign‑off with client stakeholders.
Coordinate cutover planning, go‑live checkpoints, and post‑release stabilization under SLA constraints.
Drive stakeholder communication across business, QA, and delivery teams, including risk and dependency management.
Mentor analysts and enforce documentation, estimation, and delivery standards.
Required Profile
10+ years delivering enterprise systems in finance, leasing, ERP or contract management domains.
Advanced SQL/T‑SQL/PL‑SQL with proven performance tuning and data‑model diagnostics.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL/SSIS, and integration patterns using REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
Strong SDLC and Agile delivery experience with Jira, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Demonstrated ownership of UAT, go‑live and production support for critical business systems.
Excellent client‑facing communication and ability to operate under pressure in live environments.
Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions, design and implement data solutions (dashboards, reports, visualizations), ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop and maintain complex data models and communicate insights.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.
