This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with1+ years of proven field sales experience(B2 B, Residential, or Merchandising) to take ownership of a designated territory.
You'll be instrumental in driving sales, nurturing strong customer relationships, and expanding their market presence across Dublin and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities Grow a defined sales territory, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Nurture existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling their diverse range of print and signage solutions.
Delivercompelling product presentations and demonstrationsto prospective and existing clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
Understand customer needsin depth and provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact to completion.
Prepare and submit regularsales reports and activity plans, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Stay up-to-date withindustry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Maintainaccurate CRM records, ensuring all sales activities and customer interactions are meticulously documented.
What We're Looking For Ideally, 1-2 years of proven experiencein a field sales role, whether in Business-to-Business (B2 B), Residential sales, or Merchandising.
Astrong desire to achieve and exceed sales targetswith a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing goals.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A trueself-starterwith the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strongproduct demonstration skills, capable of showcasing complex solutions clearly and engagingly.
Afull, clean Irish driving licenseis essential, as extensive travel within the assigned territory will be required.
